authentic while sharing things with you. How can I be confident in sharing
other’s work or thing in which I have very limited knowledge and don’t know the
facts and figures or real intentions behind it?

Introduction
·
ChatGPT (which is one it’s kind Artificial
Intelligence or AI) has created a big “buzz” or talk of the internet in the IT
field. Till now we have used search engines for our queries and source of
information. ChatGPT is different than search engines do. It’s like chat bot
who answers our questions, it’s feels like that we are talking to somebody.

Just like any new inventions, AI has its own
pros and cons. Some group of peoples are with AI and some are against it. Both
groups are come with their own opinions and data and tells us why they are
right.
·
Well, in this document I am presenting my view.
Can you guess, whether I am with AI or against it? I cannot tell you that I am
100% with AI or against it. But I can definitely pinpoint one thing which is
not good with AI. Instead AI, I would like to focus and praise more for our own
intelligence. Why? Let’s find out.

ChatGPT – Creating Excel Macro

I have got this information from Twitter, that you can
create Excel Macro with ChatGPT in which when you click on a cell, it will
automatically highlights current Row and current Column. I have tried myself
and it worked, wow!
Google’s Bard – Writing a leave application
Few days ago I have shared an email regarding this topic. I
have shown you with Bard you can ask some questions and tell bard to write
leave application for you. And it does its job very well.
Your Own Intelligence

AI or anything which is outside of you, does not
make you grow or learn. Because it’s not yours.
·
You became knowledgeable and develop your discretion
power only after learning and doing mistakes.
·
It just like a TV, you just press a power button
on a remote, start the TV and lay down on your sofa became idle and lazy. Surf
different channels for entertainments and sports. Everything happening inside
this “idiot box”. You are not doing anything, you are just lying down. There is no learning or doing something or making
mistake etc. For ChatGPT or Google Bard like AI, I feel it’s like advance
version of TV. You are not doing anything, you are not putting your efforts in
learning or creating mistakes. You totally rely on external resources and hence
your growth will not happen.

It’s very important that students and peoples do
learn various academic subjects, play different sports, try different arts
forms like dancing, painting etc. in which they totally involve themselves.
·
Life is not all about “intelligence” on which
our current education system based. In one of Art of Living’s Happiness
Programme I have learned that our life consist of 7 layers.

(our thoughts and emotions)

Intelligence (I am discussing this here)

Self (Atma)

For a successful and happy life we need to
empower all 7 layers, not just intelligence.

I got idea, some skills and some work and things
done.
Payroll Software
In Jun-2011, I have generated company’s salary with new software. For this I have put my own intelligence and worked on that. Created many documents and excel files. We have multiple companies and branch, lots of changes every month liking holding salary, changing company, new joining and left, loan and advance etc. but still the software is handling all these tasks.

I
am IT person, don’t have much knowledge about salary structure, policy, govt.
laws etc. What my focus was on technicality of software.
·
I wanted to create some documents or SOP
(Standard Operating Procedure) so that I can hand over to HR dept. later. I
done this and handed over to HR dept. Now most of the payroll work are done by
HR dept.
·
The payroll software has completed 11 years on Jun-2022.
The success is not only mine, it’s a Team Work and many staffs have
contributed to achieve this milestone.

application draft from AI, it’s easy for us. No need to think or type.

Its requires our brain to
work. We need to think and type. We need to check spell and correct it. But
this give us satisfaction that we have did this on our own. We may did some
mistake and somebody pinpoint it, we will correct it and we will improve it. We
grow. |

and macros will save your time and efforts. |
Yes readymade things
will save our time and efforts but we will not learn excel formulas and
macros. There is no joy of learning in this process. Our skill will not
improve. |
